Polysilicon powder and fines are by-products of the polysilicon production process that many manufacturers have limited use for due to their high levels of impurities. There is a proprietary process that converts polysilicon powder and fines into polysilicon clusters that can be used, together with conventional polysilicon to make solar cells.
